We have had a property manager take care of 2 of our rentals…sorting through applicants, signing leases, etc. With our latest acquision we have decided to manage the property ourselves. Couple of questions to the rental owners out there.
First, any sources for generic rental application forms and leases?

Second, when taking applications, how much to charge for credit reports and how do we obtain those reports?
