They will ‘work with you’—setting up an affordable monthly repayment plan…if you are interested. They would rather take (a lot) less now and wait for their money.
Doctors DO understand that ‘things’ happen in peoples lives.
If it isn’t too late, check into it.

I am a rep for a company that does credit repair…and a mortgage broker… we will improve their profile and help them secure a mortgage to purchase their home. We also issue a major credit card that reports R-1 to all three credit bureaus every month…
Great for clients that need to be farmed out for a while …then bring them back to buy a house from you.
