I?m Canadian and I?m pretty sure the only way is through the MLS. Call a Realtor up and tell him you’ll give him referrals if he can pull comps for you.

I am in Canada. I would like to ask if anyone knows any Real Estate Database service like those offered by Data Quick, First American Real Estate Solutions etc. that I can subscribe in Canada?

I would like to get Comparable Sales, Out of Province owner etc. data. I think the only way right now is through the MLS… wondering is there any database service that I can subscribe to.
