Is the $27,500 reduction off of the $150,000 asking price, or are the sellers willing to owner finance $27,500 more than they were previously?

I am meeting with a motivated seller tomorrow.House is worth 150K-159K,customer went from wanting 30k down to $2500 down.Willing to do a L/O for 3yrs.They have purchased a house in Missouri already.I would like to hear some alternatives to doing a lease option that may get me some cash and let me get out.Sell my interest?Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
