I am looking to buy a duplex as NOO for 195-200K. But it’s worth 275K. My score is 688. I’m self employed 2+ years. I know with recent mortgage guidelines changing that 100% financing for investments is almost unheard of. But I need another way to structure the deal without using my cash - is possible. I have at least 25K equity in my home. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
