DEALING WITH REALTORS-UGH! - Posted by A Miller

I respect your opinion as it relates to yourself and
did not say you were dishonest or all realtors were.
But in reality many are and the investor has to be on
his toes and know how to handle situations that will
arise in dealing with them.
You deal with other realtors and could probably write
a book about abuses.

J Edgar Hoover once said 1/3 of the people are honest,
1/3 of the people are dishonest and 1/3 of the people
can go either way depending on the circumstances.
This rule seems to apply to any profession but especially
when dealing with commissioned sales people.

I take STRONG exception to this remark!

This person has a TWENTY ONE YEAR career in the field of retail sales - EIGHTEEN of those as a salesmaker / sales manager - in THREE DIFFERENT endeavors - IN THE SAME COMMUNITY.

Tell me, sir…how could I possibly raise a family, pay my bills, put THREE wonderful children through college and go to sleep at night…if I adopted the morals and principles that you propose to me as a Real Estate Agent?

In simple truth, Mr. Miller, I have never met you in person. I only know you by your opinions in your posts over a period of time.

Quite candidly, sir, in all of your posts that I remember, there has been a consistently negative streak running through them all. I believe it would be best that, should you continue to write posts in the same vein, that you should best post elsewhere. Such an attitude is not needed here.
