Since you have great credit and 10% to put down doing a stated income program should not be a deal killer. Just be sure to work with a broker that understans RE investing.

I have two properties that have put my debt to income ratio at a bad level. I want to buy another one NOO. I have enough to put 10% down and cover closing costs. My credit score is excellent. Does anyone know where how I can get a loan that won’t look at my debt to income ratio without getting killed on the interest. I plan to buy it and hold it as a rental.
