What are some other strategies for finding good tenat/buyers for a lease option deal besides advertising in the newspaper? The house needs a little T.L.C., and is in a location where people go to party and to eat. Its really a good location for someone looking for that lifestyle. So how should I market the house?

Try the local mortgage brokers. They may have someone that just missed qualifying for a loan. A L/O could work for them.

Try direct marketing to tenants in nearby apartment complexes. Based on today’s low interest rates, many tenants could qualify for home ownership.
