Lorelei specializes in many “Niche” markets because there is less competition and higher yields. Though she’s not an attorney, she has a better knowledge of the laws and intricacies of the business than almost anybody.

I noticed that Wall Street devotes a lot
of attention to divorce notes. Have you ever
worked with attornies using them?
You apparently know Lorelei Stevens and have
recommended one of her books. Is this just
her particular niche?
I understand real estate brokers are the prime
target. I am in the process of putting together
a flyer on how they can increase their sales by
one per month by understanding seller financing
better.
It’s my first step to get to meet them and let
them know to contact me for notes.
Do you know any exchangers in the Chicago area?
I neglected to ask about them in my post below.
Given that I have access to money for doing larger
deals,I may as well let them know that. Who knows?
