You can get the info at the clerk of courts office in your county. This is where the divorce action is filed. You might even be able to get the data on line (in a lot of areas). Then you can follow up on the info and see if you can find a deal.
Be sure you are ready to be called some of the names that you will hear. This will include words that you probably would not hear your mother using. Some of the words in fact may be hyphonated and begin with mother. Good luck…ED
