hi,
i am new to this. i have seen sheets commercials on T.V. for years. i have 4 mos. left on my apt. lease,and i would like to buy a fixer upper home. one that i could actualy show a decent profit on,to go to the next better home. can this be done with one of these programs? if so,which one? i have very rough credit,but i do have my V.A. loan garauntee. i would appreciate it,if someone could e-mail me,and give me some info from their past experiences.
