Im a fairly new investor in WI. I do have a handful of properties that I currently rent out. I was wondering if anyone has experience in creative investing in IL. I was thinking about looking into the NE IL area. Does anyone know any Realtors that have experience in creative deals? I would love to talk if you do. Please email me if you can help.
