Unless she’s having to sign note or D/T or mortgage, no reason she needs to be at closings.

Of course you could put your properties into any kind of entity you might elect. LLC, corp., trust, etc. All the owners/beneficiaries of any kind of entity do NOT need to be present for every closing.

Every time I do a real estate deal, I have to put my wife on the deed. Is there a way to get around this? She is tired of going to the closings. Would starting an LLC help?
