Make sure you have a place to put it and call to get qoutes on moving it and setting it up BEFORE you buy it.

We got a call last night from one of our “We Buy Houses” ads regarding a 5 bedroom double wide. It is currently sitting on a farm with a house. They have sold the farm/house and are selling mobile home separately. They bought it in 1999 for 66,000 and are selling at 35,000. We do flips and have never dealt in mobile homes and have a couple of questions. What would be a good offer (house is in good condition) and how much does it cost to move one to a new location (for prospective buyers)? Thank you in advance.
