I am looking to attend a seminar given by Dr. Al Lowry this weekend (Feb 26, 27), and I was wondering if anyone has attended his seminar or has any opinions or helpful advice. Is the information current? Has this program worked for anyone? Is it similar to Sheets?

Al is the one of the first RE “gurus”. He started back in the seventies. His first book is good and you can probably get it at the library. His philosophy, at that time, was buy low, fix and sell. He went the way of many and filed bankruptcy.
