It depends. Has there been a base line environmental study done? I wouldn’t even think about this property until I saw a base line. It will be your road map to the damage done and an indicator of costs of clean up. Typically dry cleaners can be a crap shoot, if the old owners were responsible you may be ok. If the old owners were shady, God only knows what you might find there.
