Hi all,

I’m new. I’ve only done one deal and that was a few years ago. I blindly stumbled upon a house selling for $12,000. I wrote out a contract on the back of an envelope and gave the guy $500 earnest money.

To make a long story short, I sold the contract to another guy for $2500 and never even bought the house. The whole thing took 48 hours.

It never occurred to me to try to do this again until I came across this site.

Anyway…is there a course out there that I can buy that really details this process? I think it’s called “optioning” but I’m not sure. Like I said, I’m new.

Also, where can I get info on the Atlanta convention?
