It’s call The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber.
Very well recommended.

I’m speaking with a certified E-myth consultant and giving serious consideration to signing up fo there services. I really would like to pursue provided that they have something to provide me with. I have been in approximately 3 hours of conference calls with them to date and am finding that they have not told me anything that I don’t already know. In fact I took over todays session at one point and became the teacher.
My concern about signing up with them is that they are geared toward changing he frame of mind of a business owner from being an employee/technician to an entrepreneur. My partner and I have already moved beyond this mindset and are seeking guidance in developing our systems, not someone who feels that we need to be convinced to put systems in place. Does anyone have experience with them? If so what do you think about them?

I’ve been doing the E-Myth consulting program for several
months and I think the material is excellent. But I also
think a lot depends on who you get for your consultant.
My guy is great. He’s highly qualified academically,
improved his own business by going through the E-Myth
program, and he loves to teach. Just yesterday, he gave
me some ideas that will probably pay for the whole
program once I implement them.

We have just started on the program. I was thinking the same things that you mentioned, and wondered about the pace being too slow for my tastes. However, I will withold judgement until we’ve been at it for sometime.
