Is it possible to just contact ownersthat are in
danger of being forclosed and put a option on the
house then turn it over to an agent for a higher
incentive commission to sell. If It sells take my
cut, pay the agent and depending on the situation
give the owner a stipend. CAN IT be that easy?

i have read the gateway Books.They are very informative.i have verified most of the information with various sources.I am not saying that the info in the books cannot be obtained elsewhere, but in my opinion for the price you get alot. My knowledge has definitely increased from reading them.

Do not pass go until you have purchased Joe Kaiser’s, " Totally Dominate Your Foreclosure Marketplace". It can be ordered from this site.
There’s nothing else out there that compares to Joe’s course.
