I just bought a home worth 65k the loan was for 41k first … second for remainder if about 25k, will all be “forgiven” after refinance? Is there anyone who knows of a lending institution that would be willing to refinance a home that has been owned for just 4 months, my credit is still not very well i have no money, so where should I go from here … taxes, and insurance will be due in 30 days???
