Check out www.mrlandlord.com

This site will have suggestions relating to this. Your bank would be the best source of handling EFT. They will charge a fee, but have the client pay it. According to Mr. Landlord, he often has tenants pay $25-$50 per month extra for this.

Does anyone know of an inexpensive source for electronic funds transfer? I am interested in implementing a system for L/O tenants, but it seems like most of the services I have seen want you to pay several hundred dollars for software up front. Aren’t there any ways to pay for this on a per-transaction basis? After all, it’s only going to be once per month, per house.
