MJK,

Most lenders will use a part time job as additional income, providing that you have at least 12 months steady of having a 2nd job. my question is, are you trtying only to use your part time income… or do you have a regular full time job as well? If so, how long have you been there? That may affect your loan also. We require 30days on current job, with 2 years history (preferably in the same field) and 12 months of consistency on a 2nd job to use that income as well. The No money down loan… is it for your primary residence, or for an investment home? If it is not your primary home, I only know of one program for 100% on an investment, and the restrictions on it are steep.
Email me privately if you would like any additional info.

Does a part time job count towards Employment history when dealing with a lender?

I am trying to get a no money down loan. I have the credit but I also need two years steady employment history. I,ve had the same part time job for 3.5 years.

Any comments
Thanks MJK
