Try simply hitting “refresh” or “reload” a few times. Often times the server is busy, either yours or the host for CREO, so hitting “reload” and/or “refresh” should do the trick. Otherwise, here a few other ideas.
make sure your “cache” is REALLY clear.( I know you said you cleared it, but maybe it didn’t clear totally) Some browsers will not totally clear the cache when you tell it to. they are setup to not delete certain files. Check your HELP files for info on that.
you may also need to clear your cache, and then restart your browser. If you clear it while viewing a page, that page stays in the cache. this may be why you keep getting the error messages.
