Escrow will depend on the area custom: title company or attorney’s office. If this is your first deal get a good Real Estate Attorney to guide you. Ask a local investor for recommendations for a title company that deals with simultaneous closings on a regular basis.

If you are not hooked up with these contacts in your area join your local Real Estate Investors’ Club. You can find one by going to the link within the yellow border on the left side of this web site.

If I find a property that looks like a profitable deal, how do I go about putting that property in escrow to, later, sell my position to a contractor/investor? There will be sufficient profit for that individual on the back end.
