Unless the amount owed is in the thousands of dollars or she caused a lot of damage to the apartment, your time is spent doing more valuable things. Chalk it up to experience, next time evict sooner, take a bigger deposit etc. If you really want to find her, there are locating agencies on the internet. I found one that would find anyone for $50 with a SS # $75 without. But take my advise and consider that the cost of your lesson.

Help! Help! How can I locate an evicted tenant? I had to evict a tenant for lack of rental payments and now need a location for the courts to serve her. I can not file a suit for non-payment without a present work or home location.

I do not know where she moved too or her current employment. I may just be SOL.

Thanks for any response.
