I can’t speak for your states laws but here in NC if you post the 10 day notice to pay or quit on the door securely the clerk of courts will give us a court date after 10 days and the tenant will be served by the court. If she still doesn’t show she will have 5 days to appeal then the sheriff will call you with a time and date to give you the premises back. HTH Take Care ScottS(NC)
we bot a group of mh’s - one with an existing tenant - she is stubborn and doesn’t seem to be willing to cooperate with anyhting - she does pay the lot rent but will not agree to any terms we suggest - i will have a hard time serving her becasue she won’t answer the door - anybody have nay ideas please
