A man contacted me wanting to know if he could get 25,000 in exchange for the royalties he receives from the company he just sold. It is a successful manufacturing company in San Jose, California, that he had to sell to satisfy a divorce settlement. He receives between $1000 and $2000 a quarter. He receives these royalties until 2008, with an option to renew at that time. He is willing to sell ALL his royalties, which he says could be between 50,000 to 100,000 Is anyone willing to buy this, and/or help me find an investor who will buy this?
