It is important to learn to separate your monies so that your investment returns do not get confused w/paying your living expenses. Even tiny amounts can be invested; I used to buy as little as one share of stock @ a time. Your RE payoffs constitute the guarantee of a safe & happy future for you & your family, so if you feel like you need a reward @ the end of a transaction, buy yourself an ice cream cone, not a new car!
