When you’ve made a deal, what has been your average closing period? For that matter, what is the fastest closing you’ve ever done?
My goal is to shoot for under 10 days. Based on the “team” I put together such as title people, lending, attorney, appraisal, etc., it would seem the fastest I could ever close, while doing some due diligence, is 7-10 days.
Barring any unusual circumstances such as title defects, appraisal discrepancies, bad inspections, etc., Does that sound consistent with your experiences?
