I’m afraid there’s been a little miscommunication. JohnBoy referred you to an article on how to USE comps in calculating the value of single-family homes.

In Arizona, I use a service called Title Advantage provided through Orange Coast Title. I don’t know if this service has comps for central Ohio, but it doesn’t cost anything to try it.

You will need to establish a userid and password for access, but you can do that in a few minutes. Then, you’re on your way.

Been trying to get to a site that will give comps but to no avail. Do you know of a site(s) that really provide comps of recent sfh sales?? JohnBoy recomended
