Hi,

There is a property that has a four family (4- 1br apts) and a SFH 3br home on the same property/deed.

The market rents are 625-675 for the 1br (currently rented for 625) and about 1200 for the 3br SFH- vacant. It is listed for $238,000.

What kinds of mortgages are available for a property of this type? Do I need a lot of money down? Do I need to provide you with more information?
