I own several homes and am planning to buy 10 more. The new FNMA and Freddie Mac guidelines do not allow banks that deal with them to lend to investors with more than 10 homes. Does anyone know a list of Pennsylvania banks that do not securitize loans with FNMA or Freddie Mac?

Do foreclosure agents offer blanket mortgages. Say if you want to buy ten homes that are all in pre-foreclosure. How do you qualify? Do I contact these agents or call you? Thanks again
