I have found a 8 unit property, and the seller is willing to carry back 25%. But i need to find a lender that will do the other 75%. Can anyone give me some suggestion on lenders they have used? Help.

I recommend that you contact Ed Garcia. You can do a search over on the main newsgroup for Ed’s posts and you will find that he is a very helpful gentleman who is an expert in financing-especially a multi-unit such as your prospect.
