I am in the process of purchasing an apartment building about 800 miles from my home. Recently my attorney passed away (he was a one man practice). I contacted a new local attorney to discuss my purchase and he told me to get someone local to were the apartment building is. How do I find a good attorney outside of my immediate location to handle the closing? I am using a local bank for funding should I contact them?
