I have recently bought a house that was involved in a fire. I bought the house for dirt cheap but I don’t have the cash flow or the time to fix it with my current position at work.What I was wondering was does anybody have any advice as to what type of loan I could get that would pay for the materials as well as my labor too! The house appraises at $60,000. Also the house is not up to code and I’m in Michigan just in case that matters. Thanks for the advice!
