I once read that there are seven major reasons why an owner wants to sell. Lets see if I can remember the seven. (1) retirement (sunbelt bound) (2) sickness (advanced disease) (3) upsizing his home (wants a country club membership) (4) death (spouse dies) (4) new job (out of town) (5) divorce (50% of population) (6) lifestyle change (new motorhome) (7) just can’t remember No. 7 … In any event, somewhere in this mix is the reason to sell. Real Estate Agents are NOT very helpful in supplying this kind of information. YOU are much better off working with FSBO’s!
