Hi all,
I (and all newbies, I’m sure) would appreciate a thread discussing FINDING the deals.
Most posts here are about either analysing a deal, business entity, tax question etc. But nothing much on Finding the deal.
It would be nice and informative if some of the active players would post their strategies for finding deals.
Just feelin’ a little burnt out after a year and only one deal.

What kind of deals are you looking for? ANY kind? There are a host of different strategies for finding deals, many of which are discussed either in the How-to articles or in the courses offered here. Everyone has there own favorite techniques. If you could be a little more specific about what you’re looking for, we might be able to provide more guidance on where to find the best info on locating deals of the type you seek.
