I’ve also read their book. I’m a long time investor and from what I’ve read they have super information and systems to make money in this business.

Anyone have experience using their concepts…? From reading their book (How to Create Multiple Streams of Income), the process seems solid and, as much as is possible, alleviates risk for the investor… I am new, and initially was considering flipping to generate some cash up front then moving profits into rentals…but their methods seem to cover both of those areas…any help would be greatly appreciated…

these guys are the best and i use their methods because they fit my style.
they have 3 books and you should get all of them.
they have other materials you can buy also.
i have ment and spent time with both of them and they are they most friendly and helpful guys that you would ever want to deal with and their books and materials reflect it.

ps even though they are a fit for me it may take someone else to meet your needs, but i cannot say enough good about these guys.
