If you have a 680+ score you can get a “no Doc” loan. Rates are alittle higher. A job is not required.

First property financing - Posted by Cflynn

I have found a great condo that would produce about 150 cashflow a month. I am currently a student and I work over the summer where I make 6000 a yr. I will graduate in two years and will get a electrical engineering job of at least fifty thousand. I have some money saved up for a down payment about 5000, possibly another 1000 on a property that the purchase price will be about 53000. How am I able to get financing when I don’t have a full time job? How can I get financing for this property? I have a couple people who would cosign with me but both are in debt pretty good.
Thanks to anyone who can help
