First Resource=Con artist. Put them in the same catagory as William McCorkle and others. They have become somewhat succesful by hiring people who give you warm fuzzies and convince you to jump on the bandwagon and overpay for things you can get right here for less than 1% of the cost. Why pay a few grand for referrals to a mortgage broker that won’t follow up, or an assistance line that won’t help, or even answer the phone for that matter.

Looking for First Resource Students who took three day workshop who may have list of lenders for commercial property who require only 5% down using good or marginal credit. would appreciate your help as we have offers in on several excellent income producing apartment buildings but limited down payment.
