I have found a house in a nice neighborhood. I would say it is at or just below the average price for a house in the area. It is empty and the owner has moved out of state. The ownerhas very little equity and a realtor. The house has not been put on the market yet. The rooms are ok a real good cleaning both baths need total repair. The ac vents look like they have mold. The tax roles tell me the house is taxed at 74.8 K. She wants 78 K as is.
One other thing the houses in good selling condition go for about 90-95 K
