Hello out there!
I just came from a four day forum on real estate investing in Jacksonville Florida with a group called American Investors Group.
I am psyched about this area of business but I really don’t know where to go from here.
My first question …Is there a NY area based REI Group, say in Queens?
And the basic structure of an investment deal…property vs note?
