I stand at the front of my house everyday - like Lassie waiting for Timmie - looking for John’s materials!
Can’t wait.

John Behle’s 5 day video course “The Paper Game,”
on discounted mortgages.

This is the Motherlode of real estate!

John’s video course is extraordinarily comprehensive.
He presents his topic with clarity and ease in a
momentum-building sequence. Your understanding is
cummulative with each successive tape, and nothing
is ommitted. By the end of the 14th tape, you have
acquired an expertise in notes that relatively few
people have, and the only thing you need is hands-on
experience.

Learning about discounted mortgages, more simply
referred to as “paper,” would seem a daunting task.
John takes you, quite comfortably, in a procedural
process of what notes are, how to analyze/evaluate
them, understand their vital role in real estate,
how to price them, how to use a calculator, be head
and shoulders above your competition, and how their
use can lead to unimagined success in the business
of real estate.

For those of you who may not know, John Behle puts
out a literal wealth of information about discounted
notes on the Cash Flow Newsgroup. Once you begin
to grasp the ideas of what working with paper can
do, his information is addictive.

I have read Terry Vaughn’s excellent “Paper Into
Gold.” I have read John’s 3 book trilogy, “The
Paper Game,” plus his other books and all of his
fantastic articles. I also read every one of his
posts, which are often an education unto themselves.

All the above reading material was tantelizing to
learn about the paper business. It struck a chord
sufficient enough to order his video course. When
I finished watching the last tape, I sat there
stunned. What a transforming experience!

Reading all the outstanding print material mentioned
above paled by comparison to the contents of the
video. It was mind-blowing. Perhaps it is just my
dyslexic way of thinking, but I would order the
video course first, as opposed to reading the
material as a lead-up to getting the tapes.

This is a mandatory course for anyone dealing in
real estate. Anyone! It is without question the
greatest bargain you will ever run across. JP
should pat herself on the back every day for
bringing the exceptional talents of John Behle
to this web site.

Initially, I was going to aim this at catching
the attention of just one or two people who
might see the light and join the paper ranks.
Then I realized, this is for everybody, from a
newbie to the most experienced, including those
who already make an outstanding living. What a
huge added dimension this can bring.

It is impossible for me to say what you could
gain from this course, just as it would be
presumptuous to say what you could learn, but
it would be immense in either instance. Adding
a working knowledge of paper to your arsenal
can bring unlimited potential, bound only by
your imagination.

The blending of your knowledge and talents with
paper can only enhance whatever level you have
attained. Enhance? Change that to “turbo-charge”
yourself to new levels, to use John’s description.

Trust me when I tell you that anyone who has not
seen John’s “The Paper Game” video course is
operating with one hand tied behind their back.

Just ask John.

Respectfully submitted for your immediate
consideration,

Michael Noonan

Michael: Thank you very much for your inspiring report
on the “Paper Game Video Course” by J. D. Behle. I have not yet seen it, however, plan to. I have some of
his courses in route from the convention because, after
meeting him there, knew he was the one to learn from.
I have heard numerous persons speak or read their reports, etc., but without a doubt, Mr. Behle knows the stuff I want to learn. Can’t wait to see those videos. Thanks again!
