I had a great day…
bought a house for 46,900 and flipped for 58,000. I took 2900 out of closing and lease optioned to my buyer with 10% down. I made 8400.00 dollars today. I love this business. I figure I would have had to work six months on my old full time job banging numbers into the computer for the same money making someone else rich. thanks to all of you on creonline who gave me the inspiration.

It’s amazing how fast you can surpass your current income from a JOB with just a little effort and presistence.
Think about it, if you make $30,000 a year on your JOB, how many deals would you have to do to get a raise? A big raise!
