I have seen it done here. But the guy who did it had bought houses before from the lawyer handling the sale. In this state, we mainly have Trustees Sale. Therefore, the lawyer acting as Trustee need to know who to make the Trustees deed out to. The guy just told him the name of the other guys company. However, he took care of the transfer of funds himself. In our case you have to pay by COB that day (unless you have bought before), then the some Trustees gives (wink-wink) you until COB the next day.

wanted to know if anyone has any success flipping a property at a foreclosure sale.

What i’m trying to do is, bid on a property then at closing, flip it to my end buyer, who is already in place.
