I am 20 years old, just bought the CS Course and I interested in flipping properties and lease options. Can anyone tell me where to find an “assignment of Contract form”? Also any words of wisdom. I have gone out to meet investors and I have been treated very rudely because I look so young. I cant seem to get anywhere with them. I am very well educated and take no crap, but I am petrified about my first closing how they will try to screw me in the numbers game because of my age. Anyone else have this problem.
