All I can say is just get out there and do it. You gain nothing by worrying over things. Know your market first and you should have nothing to fear.
We have done 5 fixer-uppers and have profited on all; but they were alot of hard work. We spent every weekend doing this but profited well. To make the most money we do all of the work ourselves. All I can say is just start small and smart!

Hello everbody,
Look I am new and old to this game. I have studied myself blue in the face, but have not taken any action yet (6 yrs). I want to start rei, and I would like to test the waters by flipping a home. I would like to do what carlton sheets suggested in his course, to clean up a place (paint, landscape, carpet, etc.) I would like to know if anyone has had any problems using his approach, but more importantly I would like to know what you have done to counter these problems.
Please help me out, inertia is killing me!!!
