You are correct Frank. I flip 6-8 properties a year it is a great way to make good money on the side. Some of the tricks I have leaned over the years are.
always buy at 65% of market value or better, look at the house GOOD what you want is cosmedic repairs only, things like paint, carpet new landscape, etc. If you are handy you can get even deeper for even more return but be careful not to get to deep. I like to do a lot of the work myself I really do enjoy it. But sometimes it is better to hire out it depends on how handy and busy you are. Good luck and keep in touch

I am just starting out in the real estate world and I am wondering if anyone could describe, in detail, the process of flipping properties. From what little I know it seems like a good way to make a fast buck. Any responses are greatly appreciated
