You can find that information sometimes in articles written on the “How to” part of this site. You can find it from most of the Guru’s that advertise on this site. However, you can always flip, by wrapping the note you buy, with a “Land Contract” to sale, and you can have your Lawyer do that for you. If you want to learn about Real Estate Investing (REI), you should consider purchasing some basic courses, before you slip on a banana pealing, and it end up costing you more than you would have paid for a course in the first place. I’m not a Guru, nor an Advisor, just another REI, and I’m speaking from my past experience, however the decision is yours, and yours alone. Good Luck!
