Try this Flippinghouses.com this is steve cooks site, the master flipper,and guess what he answers your questions right there on his site, this will be a most excellent find for yourself.

He has a book on flipping called “wholesaling for quick cash” has made me thousands. for 150 bucks, find a better deal!

Furthermore steve has a boot camp end of october in baltimore, looks like I will fly up to see it, and I am very picky about spending monies on education from gurus.

visist the site, post some questions on it, we are a close knit cool group, i think you will like it.

Check the courses that are for sale on this site. The have all been pre-determined to be of value.

If you are going to buy courses, why not buy them from the folks that operate this website? They sure don’t make any money from us, and based on speed and capacity their server costs must be phenomenal.
